A small unincorporated area offering SF Bay views and hilly or waterfront properties, Greenbrae sits just off 101 at the mouth of Ross Valley. While it lacks the charming town center found in most other Marin towns, Greenbrae does offer the Bon Aire Center, comprised of a grocery store, banks, restaurants and specialty retail shops.
Of note, one cool item found on Wikipedia: The final shootout scene in the 1971 film, Dirty Harry was located on the old gravel mill (Hutchinson's Rock Quarry) that became what is now Larkspur Landing.
